Paleo banana bread
Made a super yummy and healthy banana bread! Full of healthy fat!
Replacing kids snacks with homemade snacks is a serious WIN!
- 4 bananas (ripe or not)
- 4 pasture-raised eggs
- 4 tbsp grass-fed butter
- 1/2 coconut or paleo flour
- 1/2 almond or cashew butter
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Mash it up in a food processor
Bake for 30 minutes in a round cake pan at 350
Done when a toothpick or fork comes out clean
