Paleo banana bread

Made a super yummy and healthy banana bread! Full of healthy fat!

Replacing kids snacks with homemade snacks is a serious WIN!

  • 4 bananas (ripe or not)
  • 4 pasture-raised eggs
  • 4 tbsp grass-fed butter
  • 1/2 coconut or paleo flour
  • 1/2 almond or cashew butter
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Mash it up in a food processor

Bake for 30 minutes in a round cake pan at 350

Done when a toothpick or fork comes out clean
